When we thinking that we needed to move to South Orange County, we had no idea who to use to sell our house in Covina. Over the years I had noticed Jenny’s signs throughout the area and they had sold attached very soon after being put up. I called Jenny’s number and she immediately picked up. We arranged for a meeting and Jenny arrived with her assistant Cathy on time and with an analysis of my property based on comps. She made a physical inspection of my property and then we proceeded to discuss what she could do for us. Jenny did not over promise or try to pressure us into anything. We did not decide to sell until 3 weeks after our initial meeting but once we did Jenny and Cathy took the ball and ran with it. We listed our property on a Wednesday and had it sold by Monday. We want to commend both Jenny and Cathy on their professionalism and honesty. They are looking out for your best interest and are always available to answer your questions, you will never feel abandoned or ignored. We have told our family and friends that if they need a realtor that we recommend using Jenny without hesitation.
