    a. Estimate your monthly mortgage payment
    b. Get a pre-qualify letter

    2. Decide what area you want to buy?

    If you have kids, you may consider the good school district

    3. What do you want to buy?

    a. Condo, townhouse or single family resident
    b. Single story or two stories
    c. E-mail you the homes that just came on the market at your price range
    d. Previewall available homes on the market and select the best one for you

    4. When find the home that your dream, I will write up an offer and negotiate with seller.

    a. My job is to get most benefit and lowest price for you
    b. Open Escrow
    c. Find the best lender for you
    d. Shop for mortgage rate and loan term for you
    e. Closing cost between 1%-1.5% of the sales price
    f. Get a inspector to inspect the home
    g. Fax the item that needs to be repair or replace to seller
    h. I will make sure everything has been take care by seller before close of escrow
    i. I will be monitoring the escrow and title process diligently to make sure everything goes smooth and on-time
    j. Final walk through before close of escrow
    k. After close of escrow, transfer the house key and property to you
