Covina

Covina is primarily a residential community located about 22 miles east of Los Angeles in the San Gabriel Region.  It is surrounded by other suburban cities, such as Glendora, West Covina, Azusa, Charter Oak, and San Dimas.  It has approximately 48,000 residents comprised primarily of middle-class single-family homes; however, the Covina Hills section of Covina is an affluent neighborhood where you will find spacious multi-million dollar homes, which have a rustic, rural flavor in part due to the large horse-zoned lots.  There is a charming little business district in downtown Covina where you will find quaint places to eat, sidewalk cafés, ice cream shops, unique shops, boutiques, stores, and offices.  Covina has its own school district (Covina Valley) and library as well as several shopping centers interspersed throughout the city.  It has a quiet and serene small town feel.
