I am writing in regard to the excellent performance of Ms. Jenny Xu. Highly experienced, expertises, and communications. I would just summarized Jenny Xu in those 3 words!
We listed and sold our house in exactly 2 months, despite challenging conditions with the recent economic slowdown to multiple houses also listed in the block. Jenny took only 4 days from signing, staging, to listing. She single handed convinced a buyer on our counter offer and return to close. Without her help I’m convinced that our house would still be in the market today.
As this was a trust sale, it would be my parents’ wish to go to a good young family. We were able to do both ie preserved a legacy and positive closure. Excellent realtor with a great team. A sincere thank you!
